Rebel Disco Designs is a slow-made jewelry brand out of California. We have a single employee running everything!

Most of our styles are MADE TO ORDER to keep down on inventory costs. Due to high demand, this means our turnaround time from the time you purchase to the time it ships could be anywhere from 5-7 business days (not including weekends). 

Selecting priority shipping at checkout only quickens your shipping time, NOT the processing time. The processing time is still the 5-7 business day timeframe, though usually sooner. 

We do offer a "Rush My Order" fee for $20 additional which will bump your order to the top of our priority list and have it mailed out typically the same day. Otherwise, items are made on a first come, first serve basis.

Hardware swaps are ALWAYS FREE! If an earring comes with fish hooks but you prefer studs, let me know at checkout in the 'Notes' section which kind of swap you would like. I can always add or delete holes to pieces (say, if an item has a stud backing but you want it to be a fish hook piece) to make the earrings wearable for YOU. 

My hardware options include: hypoallergenic gold-plated brass and silver-plated brass leverback huggies, hypoallergenic gold-plated brass fish hooks, stainless steel fish hooks, stainless steel ball post studs, 18k gold-plated ball post studs, 18k gold-plated studs, and stainless steel studs. I also offer CLIP-ONS in silver and gold tone metals.

Due to us being a very small business and the nature of our products entering the body, we cannot accept returns on any of our merchandise (even if you pinky promise that you didn't try it on). All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations on orders.

Did a stud backing or jump ring come loose during transit? While I triple check everything before it goes out, things can happen and this is not considered damage. An industrial craft glue such as E6000 can reglue the studs back on, and a pair of pliers can gently reattach a jump ring.

However, if your item arrives totally damaged, please contact me.

Due to high demand of orders, I cannot offer customs at this time. The only customizations I can provide are hardware swaps and very limited changes to existing designs, such as colored acrylic changes (ex: instead of yellow smiley face studs you wanted pink, etc). Please drop me a message to talk about custom options before placing an order.

Most items will restock if they sell out, unless they are a seasonal/holiday item or I have temporarily run out of materials. If something has sold out and you haven't seen me restock it yet, please drop me a message and I can likely relist it for you!
